As Ishta Spinal Touch practitioners we know just how important
good posture is for the correct functioning of the body. It
seems we are not alone! Here the American Journal of Pain
Management lists the effects of poor posture only 62 years
after John Hurley published. Not bad!
When you apply all this to children we should be getting
our adult recipients to bring the kids in.
