Collaborations
Who we've been working with and what we got up to
This year we have been involved with some interesting collaborations with
different people and organisations. These joint ventures have been very
stimulating for us and we would like to get involved with more of them.
Federation of Holistic Therapists
As some of you know we have been "on the road" this year with our touring
cabaret and demonstration. The FHT have been very helpful in helping us spread
the good news about Ishta Spinal Touch to their local study groups. So far
we have spoken to thirteen of them with a couple more still in the pipeline.
We have really enjoyed the chance to share our vision for wellness and the
part that Ishta Spinal Touch plays in it.
Aquarian Age Healing
If you recall the original work from which Ishta Spinal Touch derived was
called Aquarian Age Healing. There are two or three strands still going strong
today, with Spinal Touch being one of them.
We spent a very fruitful couple of days with three people from one of the
other strands. They were William Wethern, from Kentucky, Claire Nesterenko,
from Geneva, and Yolanta Skura, from Paris.

We shared alignments and information and we all learned more of the picture
about this great technique that John Hurley and Helen Sanders developed.
With more collaboration hopefully to come we are looking forward to an increasing
cross-fertilisation.
Today's Therapist Magazine
Today's Therapist magazine approached us to get involved with an educational
project that they were starting. It is a series of on-line seminars about
different areas of alternative health.
We have offered to present a series of seminars about Ishta Spinal Touch
and the first one was broadcast a couple of weeks ago, as I write.
Sue had a great time starting the series off and it will be available for
downloading in the new year. We'll keep you posted when.
CamExpo
CamExpo have asked us once again to do a couple of presentations for them
at their massive event in October. For more information about it click
here.
Last year we had the chance to get our message across to many many therapists,
which all helps to raise the profile of what we are doing.
The Future
In future we are hoping to do more of these collaborations as it is a way
for us to reach more people. As you know the world needs more Ishta Spinal
Touch practitioners.
We are even looking at joint ventures with training establishments to put
on post-graduate courses in Ishta Spinal Touch.
If you know of any schools or colleges who might be interested in working
with us please let us know about them.
So keep a look out next year. Who knows where we might pop up! |
